Purpose

Working with the Manager, HRIS this position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of Liberty’s Human Resources Information Systems. This position works to resolve HRIS tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, configuration changes, and testing. The holder is responsible for insuring the smooth functioning of HR “Hire” to “Retire” processes within SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian Dayforce systems. The Position also has responsibility for application security and access control. User support, including issue resolution and training, are key responsibilities. The HRIS Specialist will also participate is system upgrade testing, as well as other HRIS related projects. Other duties include reporting, gather and document business requirement, document process and procedures and time administration.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Ceridian Dayforce HCM and Payroll systems, as well as related integrations.

  • Responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors HCM and integration into third party systems

  • Work to resolve HRIS Tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and organizational change.

  • Assist with configuration within Ceridian Dayforce and SuccessFactors to support day to day operations.

  • Work as part of the HRIS team on system configuration and testing related to new business acquisitions.

  • Participate as needed in Human Resources initiatives and processes including such things as Performance Management, Mass Uploads.

  • Ensures appropriate level of application security and access control is maintained in line with company security and data privacy standards.

  • Set up single sign on access to Ceridian Dayforce for all new hires in the organization, upon receipt of the email workflow notifications.

  • Participate in all system upgrade project including reviewing changes, impact analysis, and regression testing.

  • Provides second level user support, as well as user training.

  • Ensure that all system and user documentation is kept up-to-date.

  • Responsible for the training of new Ceridian Dayforce HR Admins and Time Administrators.

  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of monthly reports, as well as testing all scheduled reports to ensure that configuration change impacts are identified and adjustments made as required.

  • Produces ad hoc reports for business as needed.

  • Publish regular updates of company organization charts using OrgPublisher and produces ad hoc charts as required.

  • Partner with HR and other Business leaders to define, develop and standardize HR's reporting capabilities.

  • Maintain the HR Intranet and act as a key partner on corporate Intranet projects.

  • Other duties as required.

 

Education & Experience

  • A minimum 5 years’ experience
