Mandate:
Assist with operation of PBX console, assist with providing company mail service, provide various Building Services maintenance functions (i.e. changing light bulbs, fixing toilets, moving furniture, changing filters, climbing ladders).

 

Job Functions:

  • Provide help for all Building Services functions (Changing light bulbs, fixing toilets, moving furniture, changing filters, climbing ladders, setting up tables, etc...)
  • Provide relief to the PBX position
  • Complete various other duties as directed by the Manager of Building Services
  • Provide relief for the mail handling operation
  • Ability to retain names in a short period of time due to daily contacts with many different employees
  • Operate within the guidelines of Building Services and the U.S. Postal Service
  • Unload envelope and other dock shipments; delivering as necessary
  • Provides assistance with the Records Retention

 

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Above average communications and memory skills
  • Employee must be neat and have good organizational skills
  • Needs to possess or be able to obtain a class E Chauffeur license
