To lead/organize/handle the programs, processes, systems, internal and external relationships required to support the Company Retirement and Saving Programs (401K, Cash Balance, FAP, DPSP and ESPP). To assist the Director, Total Rewards with assessing existing programs, aligning, developing and implementing new programs, processes and systems as required and ensuring compliance.


  • To hold responsibility for the US pension plans, 401 (K), Canada DC plan and the Canada DC/DB plan
  • To be responsible and to ensure the programs, respective policies, plan documents, contracts, communication, processes and systems are continuously updated to confirm legislative compliance
  • To ensure the accurate, efficient and execution of the Retirement and Saving Administration meets service standards excellence. Develop, improve and maintain the processes, systems and service agreements to support; the agreed service standards, contractual changes, plan amendments, for any new and existing programs
  • To lead all related audits and ensure accurate and timely legislative filling while reporting. To ensure the organization and follow through of the Employee Benefit Committee meetings
  • To assist with the development, maintenance and execution of an organization wide communication/information strategies, tools and campaigns to help employees understand their retirement and saving programs while supporting the Total Reward philosophy
  • To provide vendor management to all external vendors while monitoring, resolving issues, dedicatedly establish procedures and maintain effective relationships
  • To assist with bold benchmarking exercises, development of new programs, recommendations, integration and alignment of existing programs
  • To provide and transfer subject matter knowledge to enable cross population and support a team environment

Education & Experience

  • University - Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
  • 5-10 years of experience (and/or specifically in Retirement and Saving Programs Vendor Management or Retirement/Saving Administration experience)
