Accurately reads meters, interpreting, recording and reporting such volumes. Performs meter tests, meter change outs and maintain meter shop and other meter related work that may be assigned.


  • Preforms testing and recording duties, including record keeping and meter scrapping in a safe, effective manner.
  • Perform Field Service duties as assigned.
  • Conduct routine meter box and meter setting maintenance.
  • Transfer information using company automated systems.
  • Log daily records of time and materials used.
  • Accurately track meter stock and perform monthly inventory.
  • Perform leak detection and meter change outs.
  • Responsible for office and office grounds maintenance.

Education & Experience

  • Must be available to respond to after hours company emergencies.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must have a high attention to detail.
