This position will assist the Procurement Manager in day-to-day functions, Creation of Requisitions, processing of Purchase Order, assisting in daring bidding processes and keeping product/vendor databases up-to-date will be the bulk of the work responsibilities. Further, you will work with all members of the Business Development team in ensuring all procurement activities are value-drive and strategic, while adhering to the Corporate Procurement Policies.


  • Issuing requisitions and purchase orders
  • Help team members in issuing requisitions through the software system

  • Process purchase orders

  • Obtain necessary invoice approval, arrange payments to vendors

  • Building and updating a product and vendor list
  • Manage and up-keep of key products, proposal and vendor lists

  • Assisting in the issuance and award of ambitious bidding processes (helping to lead in the RFx process)
  • Assist in the creation and evaluation of the RFx process

  • Obtaining proposals from key suppliers, to ensure project advancement
    • Connect with key vendors to obtain product and service proposals
  • Assist team with strategic, value-drive procurement activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Paramount Work Place and/or knowledge with similar databases for requisition creation

Education & Experience

  • University-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and/or Business
  • College degree of equivalence
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience
