An opportunity to join a dynamic team driven to source, attract and engage diverse top talent across North America. Responsible for all steps of extending service to customers; including customer contact, marketing contracts, easements, engineering, and construction coordination.

Accountabilities

 

Participate in the team to provide the focal point for the identification and satisfaction of internal and external customer needs and expectations consistent with Company goals and objectives.

Develop ability to plan, design, and prepare work orders to ensure completion consistent with customer needs, Company standards, safety considerations, and applicable codes.

Develop ability to negotiate contracts and acquire R/W needed to provide service to the customer

Conduct initial marketing efforts to assure consistency with Company programs.

Contribute to a positive Company Image by providing exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner.

Coordinate with other team members to keep jobs on schedule and exceed customer expectations. Assist other team members with disaster recovery.

 

Education & Experience
 

High School diploma or equivalent, Engineering Degree of Technical Degree preferred. Minimum six (6) years of electrical utility experience. Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience required. Must have completed inter-company cross training program.
