Mandate: The Compliance and Performance department is responsible for creating and maintaining an internal compliance program that ensures the organization conducts business with the highest standards of ethics and integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulation.

Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, Compliance and Performance, this Junior Analyst position is responsible to provide analytical, technical writing, research, and administrative support to help in the development of the Algonquin/Liberty Internal Compliance Program Framework.

Job Functions:

  • Support develop and implement strategic program plan and achieve program goals
  • Support in the review and assessment of existing compliance documentation
  • Support in data management
  • Support compliance reporting, as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, email, and other web-based programming
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and think strategically
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a commitment to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team setting
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is considered an asset
