Responsible for generating efficient, courteous responses to all types of service requests and inquiries. Position holder initiates, coordinates, analyzes or responds to customer requests and follows up with appropriate departments to insure continued customer service satisfaction and call resolution while using good business judgment to protect Company interest and reputation. Acts as a liaison for communications between customers and front line personnel as needed to administer all customer service functions, this will require strong organizational skills. Flexibility will be necessary in cases of outage situations as needed.

Accountabilities

  • In time this associate with learn and possess the skills need to process customer contacts promptly and respond in a courteous, professional, timely manner to evaluate, advise, and expedite requests to serve customer needs.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures. Assure compliance with all administrative agencies, while insuring maximum financial return
  • Develop the ability to diagnose by reviewing and resolve delinquent accounts. Demonstrate understanding while assisting customers in making adequate payment arrangements.
  • Respond to customer emergencies with a sense of urgency and serve as communication link between field operations personnel and the customer. (Ability to field after hours call outs and handle emergency situations while assesses customer information to expedite the restoration of services required).
  • Willingness to perform other customer focused duties as needed.

Education & Experience

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in the use of PCs and general office equipment.
