Accountabilities:
Summary: Responsible for supporting daily activities in Gas Control, ensuring timely and accurate responses in reports to internal & external customers. Support Lead Gas Controller with administration of Company Control Room Management plan and ensure mandated work is completed in accord with state and federal regulations.

  • Perform daily verification of gas volumes utilizing Pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards and company SCADA volume measurement.
  • Review and fix exception errors related to daily meter volumes, compile and distribute month-end meter reading statistics.
  • Timely and accurate compilation of reporting relative to Gas Control, including but not limited to Public Utility Commission regulatory filings, departmental and corporate scorecard metrics.
  • Work with pipeIine meter analysts to identify and resolve volume discrepancies with pipeline and company meter volumes
  • Provide support to Production and Instrumentation & Regulation department assisting with developing documentation for policies, procedures, & job aid references.
  • Support the Lead Gas Controller with administration of Company Control Room Management plan and utilizing Logmate and Elogger applications for supporting data.
  • Track Operator Qualification training and testing for Gas Control Operators.
  • Assist in developing documentation for policies, procedures, & job aid references

 

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree or related professional program completion
  • 3-5 years of professional experience preferred
  • Performing repetitive actions requiring your hands and/or eyes with some ability to control the pace of work such as working on a computer, operating mechanical equipment, etc.
