Collaborating with the Senior Manager HRIS Transformation ERP, this position will be part of the HR Transformation team and will participate in the full cycle of implementation activities involved in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and associated integrations. The role will work with business users and consulting resources to detail and analyze business requirements, develop functional specification documents, define functional configuration and security, as well as develop test scripts and complete system testing. In addition this position will work with domain authorities to explain potential solutions and prepare the organization for a successful implementation.


  • Define and analyze business processes and business specific procedures.

  • Assist in collecting and interpreting functional requirements.

  • Liaise with business on requirements and design issues.

  • Provide input and recommendations on system design, and help resolve system design issues.

  • Produce functional requirements documents and other project work you're doing.

  • Serve as liaison between business domain authorities and consulting resources responsible for development and configuration.

  • Work with consulting team during system development life cycle, participate in design, data mapping, data modeling, and program specification walk-throughs.

  • Assist in confirming security and control designs.

  • Develop forms, workflows, and written procedures.

  • Plan and document test scenarios.

  • Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, forms and other objects.

  • Participate in all aspects of testing, including, but not limited to, test script design, unit, integration, parallel, and UAT testing.

  • Attend all project meetings on an as-required basis.

  • Work with other functional teams to provide required input when required.

  • Communicate with business and lead expectations related to the overall goals of the SuccessFactors and other Transformation projects.

  • Other duties as the need arises.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum at least 3 years’ experience as an HRIS analyst.

  • Experience with, and a demonstrable understanding of hire to retire HR processes, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.

  • Tried knowledge of HR data models and structures, as well as the interrelationships within an HRIS solution.

  • Practical experience with HRIS database administration, including payroll systems.

  • Experience with recruiting and onboarding technology.

  • Experience developing and writing functional specifications.

  • Experience with HR data Integrations to internal and external business systems, including payroll.

  • HR System implementation experience preferred.

  • Experience with payroll and time collection and related processes.

  • Excellent problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge of HR headcount and other HR reporting.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • An understanding of organizational change management principles.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Ceridian Dayforce would be an asset.

  • Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP would be an asset.

  • Strong planning and project management skills.

  • Experience with HR data Integrations to internal and external business systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities, and the ability to reassess and prioritize opposing needs.
