The role of the Sr. Quality Analyst is to manage test plan execution for the Network Design and Operations Project to ensure the readiness of an initial implementation and continued rollouts of Liberty's new enterprise GIS system.

The Sr. QA Analyst coordinates the testing activities of various team members who have a combination of specific knowledge for individual legacy systems plus appropriate exposure to the new GIS system including its design, desired features, and expected outcomes. 

He/she will author test plans alongside business SMEs, conduct configuration, training and mentoring on testing tools, produce testing results and assist in assuring go-live signoff of key stakeholders. 

The Sr. QA Analyst assists the Project Manager with project life cycle requirements related to the testing readiness of the Liberty Utilities Network Design and Operations Project, including scheduling, status reporting, and issues tracking.


  • Participate and provide input into Test Strategy where needed                                                           
  • Prepare Quality Testing Plans in collaboration with Vendor and functional teams                                        
  • Ensure documentation and completion of test cases and scenarios                                                         
  • Participate and Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix                                                                    
  • Guide and ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off                                                   
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting around Test Execution                                                         
  • Manage defect logs and error resolution                                                                      
  • Manage Quality Teams in conjunction with the Vendor Sr. QA Analyst                                                          
  • Coordinate the various functional streams as related to testing initiatives                                       
  • Assist with managing project scope                                                                 
  • Participate in project planning activities and manage the execution according to plan                         
  • Develop, maintain and execute LUCC team work schedule                                                                   
  • Manage issues and risks with PMO                                                                 
  • Provide project status report to PMO                                                                                                        

Education & Experience

  • College or professional program            
  • 5+ years of experiences in QA                                                            
  • Quality Centre - ALM
  • Desirable: ESRI GIS, ArcGIS Pro/EUN, Mobile, Azure Cloud, SAP/EAM
