Performs assigned duties related to IT Service Desk operations. Includes but not limited to answering incoming phone calls, solving computer related problems, creating new tickets. Responsible for the installation, configuration, support and performance of end user devices used to perform the daily operations and transactions of the corporation and its employees.


  • Answer incoming phone calls, log and resolve end user issues from end users
  • First contact for regional Incident Management
  • Support inventory maintenance of all local technology assets in line with compliance and in support of company Cyber Security guidelines
  • Application installation and configuration
  • Support in all areas of end user devices
  • Support Procurement, configuration and retirement of computer, telephony and mobile devices
  • Trouble Shooting computer related problems
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills a must
